Great job coming hot out the gates for the Summer Prep Challenge. The teams are all locked and loaded, and there is already a battle brewing to see who is going to finish second behind the McSavages!

Seriously, the entire crew is crushing this already…it’s been fun to watch. Couple things:

1) WOD Scoring – To get your daily WOD point, you must do the CFK daily WOD (unless you are on a separate coach-sponsored training program). If you are making up for a previously missed WOD, that works. If you are on a 3x per week membership, that’s fine! You can get 3 WOD points per week, and you can crush your other categories. If you are traveling, you can get your WOD point by either doing the CFK WOD on the road (you can modify however necessary with available equipment), or by hitting a local CrossFit gym and doing their WOD. This is the simplest way to do this…otherwise, we would have to begin deciphering between 15 minutes on the hotel elliptical here, some sit-ups and a jog there….too nebulous. Any question on this please let me know.

2) Water Consumption – If you drink BCAA’s before working out, or a protein shake, you can count that water toward your daily totals

3) KB Club – See the latest CFK KettleBell Club standings below. For our newbies, KB Club is awarded to those CFK members who come to class 15+ times per month for 12 months straight. Those who achieve this will get their own CFK-branded kettle bell. And to take it to the next level, KB Club winners can shoot for Founders club, which is 20+ times for 12 straight months (must achieve KB Club first).

It has been awesome to see your progress over the past few years (this past year in particular), and we know you’re just getting started.
