This week we will be working with Erin for another preview of our upcoming lower quarter and trunk seminar at the beginning of next month. Erin will tell you of her recent struggles with engaging her glutes during exercise such as during the squat. In this weeks video Erin will be demonstrating variations of the Glute Bridge, which she will be using to help her begin to normalize her glute activation. If you have experienced difficulty contracting your glutes give this exercise a try. It is important to perform this exercise slow and controlled and with a focused glute contraction.
