Hope you all had a great first challenge week – it was definitely a doozy. I’m hearing a lot about how great people are feeling, which is awesome…keep it going this week!
Another great week is ahead. REMEMBER – we will be closed next weekend for the move! Therefore, you will have until the following Tuesday do complete your WOD this week (ANNIE).
Thanks again for those who have offered to help with the move on Saturday. The more hands the better, so if you will be available to jump in, let us know by throwing your name up on the board at the gym. We’ll start loading the truck at 9:00AM Saturday morning.
Also, I wanted to remind you that we will be hosting a gymnastics seminar at the new gym on Saturday, February 3rd. Former Division 1 Gymnast and CrossFit coach Charley Goicoechea will be at CFK for two hours, focusing specifically on getting upside-down! We’ll focus on proper handstand form, and progressions to get to handstand holds/walks/pushups.
The morning will include:

Hadstand Progression Circuit
NOTE…you do NOT have to be able to do these movements at all in order to attend this workshop…that’s the point! This is for all levels, with scaling for everyone.
This seminar will be free for all CFK members, and $20 for non-members. It will run from 9:00AM-11:00AM, and will take the place of classes that day.
