20 X 20′ Shuttle Runs
12 Jumping Split Squats (each leg)
100 Mountain Climbers
10 X 20′ Shuttle Sprints
10 Jumping Split Squats
75 Mountain Climbers

* If you don’t have the space outside to do a 20′ shuttle sprints, you can do: 30 sets of 10 reps High Knees (in place) 20 sets of 10 and then 10 sets of 10*
